If your belief of selling your house and it has elder and outdated kitchen and bathrooms you're doubtless thinking thousands of dollars to renovate and upgrade. There is a low rate alternative to replacing bathtubs, showers, counters, etc. by only having them professionally refinished. We sold our house in 2007. It was built in the 70s I consider and each of the three bathrooms had different painted equipment and tile. One was golden, one was avocado, and the other was a funky chocolates and gold.....
